- WCWinnie ChenDec 2, 20241.0Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. My psychiatrist CONSTANTLY messes up my refills and needs a second reminder every other month. It takes DAYS to get a reply via their patient portal and no one ever picks up the phone at the office. Speaking of their physical office, you can't even access it unless you have the elevator code to go up, which is NOWHERE on their website or appointment information. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU ARE THAT DESPERATE!!
