Went in with a pair of non-LensCrafters frames that had been crushed by a falling alarm clock (the joys of cat ownership); mikayla was able to fix them in under five minutes free of charge! Eternally grateful ❤️

Excellent service. I ordered a year long supply of contact lenses for my daughter who is in boarding school in Andover. They accepted her prescription from UAE. We are very happy customers 🙂

I knew roughly what I was looking for when I came to Lenscrafters, the 5th store I shopped trying to find something lighter than the dark, heavy frames in style now. Sales consultant Shannon saw me scanning the displays, asked me what I was looking for, and produced a selection of 8 different frames meeting that general description, most of which she pulled out of drawers. Bingo, I found "my' frames out of that set of 8 choices. I left Lenscrafters happy in less than 20 minutes.

Great service! Comprehensive inventory. Staff was very knowledgeable about the transition lenses I was trying to purchase for the Ray-Ban Meta. I've been to other stores and no one was able to answer my question before! They even had samples of the lenses to choose from. So glad I randomly walked into this store.

Had to fix my glasses - one of my nose pad came off and the screw broke into two pieces with one half being stuck inside. It was a complex and they did not have a drill machine but still they managed to remove it and fix it manually. All of this was done in few minutes. The optician had precision, skill and speed.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
