They remember their regulars, they answer questions without making you feel rushed, and they always make sure you find what you’re looking for. Highly recommend this location.

They have been super helpful with ordering products when store inventory is low directly to my apt. They always lets me know when a rep is coming from my favorite brand of products. There are always great promotions going on and I always walk away excited to try new protein snacks or powders. I’ll literally go out of my way to stop by this GNC instead of the sad health and diet aisle at another store because they always have what I want and usually have something exciting happening (still have my GHOST haul I got for free + more 🔥)

Andrew the manger is super cool knows his store from the back of his hand & always keeping that store super clean and always stocked. Not to mention the employees he’s got. Ella, she is amazing she is always so nice and always smiling, incredible with pointing me in the right direction for all my health needs! 😁 This store is my favorite gnc in the district. If you want really good customer service go to gnc on boylston street in Boston ma!
