The store is always clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great selection of high-quality supplements. Plus, as a member you get a free protein bar or drink every month along with great discounts. Highly recommend!

They adevertise 50%off on second item, then when i was about to pay, they told me the total amount, i asked why it was so costly, only then they disclosed they added a pro 40$ membership to my total price thay i didnt asked for. I told i did not whant that, then they told only with that they could give 50%off in second item, If i not take it it will cost more. I only got 12$ discount total a the the end because of the membership i did not asked for/wanted. Not the 50% off on second item as advertised/ i did calculated. I felt a little bit scammed after purchasing in this location.

Minutes later I called back & had an argument because I told them if they can email it & said they couldn't & that since I was base member I don't get $10 bday reward for future that I redeemed (I later did,which is why I needed receipt). Few days later did bopis since it was only close place where it had what I needed. I asked if I could've exchange for didnt flavor as online didnt have it at time & said they couldn't do it until few hours later. These people need to be trained better so not sure if its company or the manager lacking here
