  I’ve had 2 great experiences at this Carbon Health location! One for urgent car and one for a follow up appt with the primary care physician, Lovia. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had Anna as my medical assistant both times and she was so nice and funny! She made sure I understood what was going on and was great to talk to.

  I used to be able to go to Carbon Health just fine, but they suddenly stopped taking my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) and didn’t notify me until I arrived there, and turned me away at the door. I had an appointment and everything and a patient profile from past visits. The receptionist who turned me away had little patience and didn’t even explain to me what had happened until I asked for clarification. They’ve mistreated so many people and are very difficult with insurance, just don’t go here. Not worth it since you’ll probably be turned away with no warning.

  I had a great appointment at the Fenway Carbon urgent care. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The medical assistant was quick and thorough and was very sympathetic to my symptoms which I really appreciated. The provider was incredibly kind and took time to explain to me what my symptoms meant and why she was running certain tests. She also offered additional testing as an option and made it my choice which I liked. We discussed medications that could help alleviate my symptoms and when I said my concerns, she explained what each medication would do and how it could help. Everyone was very nice and efficient and has been the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care in the Boston area. All of my appointment notes were posted in my chart in the app before I even got to my car.
