  Visited Thursday for an Urgent Care visit. No vital signs were obtained but I was told my vitals were good. No throat assessment yet my complaint was sore throat and cough. Front desk staff are very friendly hence my three stars

  How can I be verbally prescribed two medications, and told it would be at my nearest CVS only for there to be nothing prescribed under my name? This is absolutely absurd. On top of that, I was told I would receive a call with my flu, COVID, and strep results and there no call back. This was a waste of time because I didn’t even receive the treatment I was told, or the medication. And when calling the front desk, no one picks up the phone. How is this okay?

  I went in for an injury and was taken care of within a few minutes of waiting. The staff was pleasant, professional, competent and kind! They listened attentively and treated my injury effectively and immediately. I was so relieved and felt safe when I left because of the fantastic staff and management. Shout out to Jesse and Christian and the rest of the providers/staff for being amazing!

  Leaving this review because the lady at the front desk went above and beyond. Unfortunately had to head to urgent care with groceries in tow and she saved them with some ice packs and a great sense of humor!! Thank you!!! PA Jonathan was also very professional and kind. Wait was a little long (about an hour to be seen), but for walk-in I suppose that is to be expected. Appreciate AFC for being there in my moment of need!

  Pleasant experience! Talia helped me check in and was wonderful during this part of the process. JJ the provider was quick and efficient and conducted a very thorough assessment and I could tell he had genuine concern and care during this visit. The MA staff were quick and efficient as well. Check-in to discharge was less than 90 min even though it seemed busy! JJ did a wonderful job providing thorough and competent care in an efficient and timely manner.
