  I am very dissatisfied with my experience here. Not only is the office difficult to locate within the Cummings Center, but the cancellation policy seems to be quite punitive and is not explained thoroughly to new patients. Now I'm stuck paying for an appointment I gave more than 24 hours notice to cancel, but because I cancelled it on a weekend day-- I'm still on the hook. If the practice can't accommodate patients changing schedules over the weekend, they shouldn't schedule Monday appointments. I cancelled all my remaining appointments, but it took multiple followup emails for my provider to confirm that I would not be charged. It makes me chuckle a little bit that the whole experience of going to therapy has just exacerbated my stress. I'm hoping for better luck at a smaller practice.

  Pretty sure this place doesn't exist. I was playing phone tag with a guy named Kyle Cummings who never answered when I actually called. Left me a voicemail that they had an opening for the next day at 4 (which I thought was weird they were able to fit me in so quickly as a new patient). I called back and left a voicemail that I would take that appointment and to give me a call in the AM to confirm or deny that it was available. Never got a call back. Went to their location in the Cummings Center and could not find the office and nobody could seem to help me find it, either. Total hoax. 100 THUMBS DOWN!
