  I’ve worked with Emily at Bay State in the Beverly Y twice. She’s always been helpful, friendly and understanding. She helped me understand my injuries as well as options for managing them. I couldn’t be more grateful for the guidance I needed and received from Emily, which always comes with encouragement and care, too!

  Bay State Physical Therapy is an excellent therapy group. The front staff is lovely and all the physical therapists are very knowledgeable. This is my second time attending physical therapy with them and I like how they explain the exercises with regards to the areas we are strengthening. They also offer water therapy which is a great therapeutic method that not all physical therapist offer. They have flexible appointment times and are always willing to try and fit you in if you have a scheduling discrepancy. The times that they are open are very convenient.

  This is my 6x at Baystate physical Therapy. I come back because of my physical therapist Emily. She is very knowledgeable of the human body, she is caring & kind . As long as she is at Baystate I will continue to go there
