My experience yesterday was probably one of the best experiences/interactions I had with a doctor at urgent care. She was patient/kind/understanding. She heard my concerns and treated my symptoms with the proper medication. Thank you for your help yesterday evening and for getting me back on track to being better.

Service was perfect. Staff top notch. However Only place in the history of business where you cannot pay for services at the time of service. Bring on the their annoying text messages. You would think they could get the payment systems operational as everything else work smoothly.

The staff was very nice and efficient. I was rather annoyed that I looked up pricing and services before I went in, and then when I got there I was told that they didn't provide one of the services anymore, AND it was about $40 more than I would have payed for just the single service as listed on the website. But again, every PERSON I encountered was very nice and professional.

The nurse who removed the remaining part of the tick embedded in my scalp was very nice, but did not have even the most basic equipment to perform this simple procedure. I was stunned that in Beverly Massachusetts in 2026, I could walk into an urgent care for a difficult to remove partial tick, and find a patient exam room and nurse with no access to a lighted magnfier or even a sharp tweezers. The nurse repeatedly remarked her tweezers were bad. Not even pointy enough to remove a splinter. I asked for her to find a magnifier and she searched around and found a small hand held one. I had to ask her to wipe the site with alcohol, after she had dug around for quite a few minutes in the bite site for pieces. She didn't offer a preventative dose of doxycycline until I asked for one. I was pretty horrified. I would expect with this being such a common issue in the area and this being modern times and all, an urgent care would be at the very least equipped with more advanced equipment for tick removal than a dull tweezers - I have a better tweezers at my office. I went in hoping for better care. $60 for a blunt tweezers! Please get better tick removal equipment.

I was there for ear wax buildup. I booked my spot online in advance. I was early and they took me in to check my blood pressure etc within 5 minutes after I arrived. I thought that was a good sign. They moved me into another exam where the problems started. After waiting for someone to come in and check my ears for about an hour, i decided to start answering some voicemails and sent a messavge to a friend of mine thinking as soon as I started doing something a staff member would come in. It worked a nurse practitioner came in looked in my ears and said sure enough the left ear is clogged. She said someone would be in shortly. After a few minutes a woman came in with someone she was training. Neither one told me their names. I was just told to lie down and she added drops into my ear to loosen the wax. I know from doing this at home it takes at least 15 minutes for the drops to work but she said I'll be back in 10 minutes so I thought the clinic used stronger drops. I checked my watch because I had already been there for over an hour. It took her 25 minutes to come back and she was able to unclog my ear quickly after that.
Look I know more important medical issues can come up I just think someone should have come in and explained the wait.
