The reception staff were friendly and informative, the dental assistant was efficient and the exam that I received by Dr. Schrott was thorough and extremely valuable. Going forward there is a plan in place to bring my gums and dental bones to optimal health. I found a video that explained gum disease and treatment a great educational resource for patients. Lastly, it was a nice surprise to have learned about a connection with Dr. Schrott on the fact that his children attended the school that I currently teach at. Another connection that I came across on my way out is that Dr. Meghrik Assadourian is part of the practice. Dr. Assadourian performed implant surgery for my mother at different practice. I can attest to her kindness and great care for her patients.

Dr. Assadourian and Luddy provided me with fantastic care! I was highly anxious about the procedure I had but they both were patient and understanding the whole time, and went out of their way to make my experience better. The office staff are also helpful, working with my insurance provider to sort out an issue with how the claims were initially processed, and promptly reimbusring me when my insurance paid out the correct amount. If I ever need periodontal treatment again, this practice and Dr. Assadourian would be my first choice!
- JKJan KostrisakDec 11, 20245.0For much of of 2024 I was under the treatment of Dr. Megrhik Assadourian and Dr Alexander Schrott for early periodontal disease. Like many people I didn’t even know my gums were in need of care beyond my routine dental care (I’m in my early 60's). Both of them exhibit a rare combination of having gentle touch, and being sensitive to the fears of their patients. You would be amazed at their combined advanced clinical skills. After an exam and using xrays and cat scan imaging, Dr. Megrhik clearly explained the nature of my complex periodontal problems, and she sensitively outlined the optimal steps to halting the advancement of tooth loss. Everything was summarized and sent to my dentist for his followup. Scary as it all was, the pain management during the procedures was administered expertly and I had minimal pain afterwards. Post-op q’s from home were answered quickly. I had to have several types of procedures, including an extraction with an implant, osseous, and. scaling and root planing. Very happy to state that thanks to her expertise, each surgical outcome was successful. Lastly, Dr Schrott’s staff (technicians and admins) were just courteous and helpful as Dr. Meghrik and Dr. Alexander. If you’re afraid of dealing with the pain and discomfort, don’t be…it’s crucial to go to this modern and sensitive practice to prevent major problems down the road.
- XSXimena SosaFeb 13, 20185.0Highly recommend Dr Schrott. I needed a tissue graft due to severe gum recession in one tooth. I had one performed by another doctor last year and it was a total failure - it was extremely painful and it didn't take. I couldn't eat or drink anything for 3 weeks without feeling pain in the roof of my mouth. I was referred to Dr Schrott and I was hesitant to have another tissues graft done using my own tissue (instead of an allograft) because I had been in so much pain the previous time. He explained how he would perform the procedure reassuring me it shouldn't be painful. He is amazing! A couple of days after the procedure I had barely any pain left. I could eat without issues (I still follow the soft diet as per his instructions but otherwise I feel just fine). It's only been three weeks since the surgery and the area looks pretty healthy! Hopefully, things will keep looking good and I won't need to do another one.
