  The best experience I could ever imagine. Thanks to the whole team, especially Lydia, Matthew, and Teena, for helping me recover so quickly. I had Achilles/ankle surgery, and it’s been about 2.5 months since the operation — I’ve almost completely recovered.

  Lydia, Matthew, Marissa and Teena were fantastic teammates and teachers who led me through some difficult PT for the last four months at their new location in Bedford. While it is true that you get out what you put into therapy and the patient has to do the work, it is so important to have a crew who understands that each patient is different and needs to be treated differently sometimes. They were all great at tracking your progress and knowing when to challenge you and when to slow down. I actually looked forward to my appointments even when I wasn’t feeling my best. I would guess that many patients don’t make the progress that they should with physical therapy but it certainly helps to go to a place with knowledgeable and dedicated therapists who work so well together with a client centered approach. My results speak for themselves and my progress was well ahead of my surgeon’s expectations. A great experience from start to finish.
