  Where to begin. As soon as my 5 years was up they stiffed me for my final cleaning told me I failed the hearing test so bad the fda wouldn't let them touch me until I saw ent dr. Surprise I passed flying colors with ent. Been trying to get in contact with auburn, mass location since without my knowledge they billed my credit card for another years worth of warranty should anything happen to them but Noone is answering the phone or door at this location. FRAUD IS DEFINITELY ON MY RADAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. SHADY,SHADY NO ONE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS BBB IS MY ONLY RECOURSE I GUESS.

  Not too happy right now! Husband got his hearing aid about four months ago. Today he puts it in and he can’t hear anything in one ear. Called to schedule a check up and was informed they couldn’t see him until next Thursday! I do not think this is acceptable….we were told if there was ever a problem it would be taken care of immediately! Over 5000$ and he can’t hear. Poor customer service!
