- JAJesse St. AndreMar 8, 20261.0Front desk is a joke!!! Trying to give insurance info over the phone and the girl said my member ID “should start with alphabet”. I said no, it’s just numbers and she had no idea what to do. I gave her the numbers and she said she’d call and check benefits and give me a call. She never called….when I showed up 10min before the appointment she said she was just about to text me. Yeah right! She was sitting scrolling on her phone. Then she asked all over again like we’ve never spoken. She never called and checked while I was there and instead, she just told me she doesn’t accept my insurance and I had to pay full price. Without ever checking anything…. Friggin joke!!!! I will never go back and never buy glasses from LensCrafters… ever. Scratch and dent type of place. Go anywhere but here.
