    Phenomenal gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we got our day passes. The selection of equipment is absolutely insane. It is well maintained and very clean. The gym etiquette was excellent and the locker rooms were very nice. This is one of the best gyms I've been to.

    Dope gym. One of the better setups I’ve seen. Lots of different equipment compared to your regular commercial gym. This place for me is the equivalent of a kid stepping into an amusement park.

    THE BEST GYM! the only reason i’m leaving is because i am moving away, otherwise i would probably never leave. i love this gym and i am sad to go. all the staff are incredibly kind, they have every piece of equipment and more, and the owner, Vicky, knows exactly what she’s doing. the community and environment they foster is unbeatable and if you live in this area I HIGHLY recommend joining for everything it offers. if i am ever back in the area, they absolutely have my business.

    impact one of the best gyms around. The equipment is great, the staff is friendly, and the facility itself is well taken care of. The real issue isn’t the gym, it’s the way some members treat it. It’s become common to see people leaving plates on machines, attachments scattered around, and equipment not wiped down after use. I know this isn’t the staff’s fault, but it’s frustrating when others don’t respect the space. A little more accountability or reminders about gym etiquette could go a long way in keeping Impact as great as it’s meant to be. Another issue is recording. almost every time I’m there, people are filming themselves with tripods, sometimes more than one, even though there are no recording signs posted everywhere. It takes up space and makes others uncomfortable, While also making the next person wait even longer for their turn on that machine. This gym is on the expensive side, and for 65$ a month I shouldn’t be tripping over plates or walking to the opposite side of the building to find an attachment because someone was too lazy to put it back. I’ve been to other gyms where these issues are non existent because members respect the space and staff hold people accountable. I’m sharing this because I genuinely love this gym and want to see it stay one of the best. If members showed the same respect for the space that the staff clearly puts into maintaining it, Impact would be unbeatable.
