Home Instead provides 10 hours of service a day at LifeCare mostly as a companion and to assist as needed. Caregivers Carolyn, Joanne, and Helen are amazing. Home Instead is always there. If someone is sick, they send a replacement. It has been a lifeline for my family.

First, the care and compassion I heard over the phone for the situation I was facing made me feel immediately that I'd made the right call. Even though I'm sure they hear my story every day, they made me feel like my situation was their focus and they immediately moved quickly to get the help we needed. Each team member, from the scheduling to the administrative pieces and especially to the wonderful caring people who sat with my dad when I couldn't be there couldn't have been better.
