My wife and I reside 600 miles from my mother's home. I contacted Home Instead and explained my situation to Jan. She immediately placed my mind at ease. Following the timely completion of an in-home needs assessment, Jan coordinated the delivery of recommended in-home services. I found my mother's care providers to be responsible and reliable individuals. They demonstrated genuine caring and were dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of my mother. I recommend - without reservation - Home Instead for the delivery of quality in-home services.

- KSKasey SarazinNov 19, 20211.0I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. They don’t care about their clients all they care about is their pay. On several occasions they have been late or haven’t shown at all and we never even get notified about it. My grandfather who has dementia and needs somebody with him, is apparently just expected to watch himself. The office staff is super rude every time we have to call and ask where the person is, or they just don’t answer. Not to mention the people that they have taking care of him, need someone taking care of themselves also. He’s a super fall risk and the women watching him was letting him walk around the hours alone without his walker, walk outside, let the dogs out. And when we called requesting someone else because of how dangerous the situation was…we were told they have no one else. They just never have any clue what is going on. Today our help didn’t show up. When I called I was told “ there’s nothing we can do her phone is off.” Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this jacked up company. EDIT: the owner replied that “we came to a resolution”…. There was no resolution. We are looking for a different company.
