- KMKathleen MoscilloOct 12, 20173.0Nice people however I visited the store twice and called once and was told the doctor had not sent them my prescription when in fact the doctor had sent them the prescription. The prescription was put on hold because the insurance would not pay for it at the time. I wish someone had told this so that I would not have called the doctor's office over and over telling them that they had not sent in the prescription. If I was told to come back in a couple days I would have gone back so that I could have picked up the prescription however they told they had NOT received the prescription. I was fearful of running out of the prescription so I halved my dose which was not a good thing to do. :(
