  My experience at Bay State Physical Therapy has been great! My provider, Jack, has been a pleasure to work with and he has given me a lot of great tools to continue my recovery at home between visits. I've seen great improvement in my condition since I started as a patient. The front desk staff are also super helpful and knowledgeable. Violeta in particular helped with me getting established as a new patient and with billing questions I had. Great team all around!

  The Bay State Arlington patient experience starts at the front office when you walk in and onto to your therapists care and treatment. I know that every patient that comes here feels exactly the same. When you walk in, the front desk greets you and they are very warm, friendly, attentive and professional. They work hard and try their best to accommodate you and make you feel at ease. They have become just like family since I started my 6 month duration of care here. Onto the clinicians! I came in with a 5th Metatarsal Fracture on my left foot and then a torn Peroneal Tendon. Anna, my therapist (and (teammate!) Worked with me for 4 months strait, always routing for me! Anna was the best physical therapist I’ve ever had and she held my hand me and cheered me on through very difficult times with my injuries. Anna, is extremely warm, thoughtful and a great human being. She truly takes her time to understand your injury and treat accordingly for maximum results. She is “highly skilled” at her craft. Extremely clinical and has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She literally put my very damaged foot back together and gave me my “quality of life” back with my family. That was exactly the outcome I wanted… to be able to do everything active I used to do with my family. I cannot thank Anna enough for all of her support, time and hard work. She is the kindest human being! A huge kudos goes to Sam, the practice manager, for putting together such a great team at Baystate Arlington!!! She is amazing!! I will recommend and refer all of my family and friends to this practice right away if they ever have an injury and I will be a patient for life, hopefully, if I can get in again because everyone wants to go here!   The Physical Therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. It is a comfortable place to receive treatment and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing treatment.
