I’ve seen management changes over the years, but that did not disrupt the professionalism that Hearing Health of Acton offer. Their staff are all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most besides their quality products is their customer service. I would walk in with a problem and they would straighten everything out before I left the building. They wanted to be sure that everything was working properly and that I was happy with the results, and I was! Digital Hearing aids today are far more high tech, much smaller than the old body aids with a two foot wire hanging out of your ear, UGH!! The audiologists has to be extremely well trained because everybody hearing is different. Hearing aids are customized to match a person’s hearing loss, just like glasses. Jim and Jen...keep up the good work!
