  I had my checkup and bought my glasses in the same day. The checkup was thorough and quick, which was nice because I had my 3 year old with me. Christy helped my daughter and myself pick out frames and discuss lenses options. She was very personable with me and my daughter. She showed us different options and explained what would work best for my daughter, being only 3 years old. I got my checkup and two pairs of glasses with a warranty for less than $200! I have worn glasses for 25 years and have never been able to get glasses same-day, even from offices that advertise it, BUT Vision4Less had my prescription lenses in stock, and I had new glasses within 30 minutes!! We went back the next day to order my daughter’s glasses (because we had to get the prescription from her doctor out of town). Corneisha helped us order my daughter’s glasses. My daughter got upset while we were in the office, so we stepped outside. Corneisha and another lady met us outside and were so patient with my daughter while she was calming down. The lady stayed with my daughter and read books to her, while Corneisha helped me finish ordering her glasses. The ladies at Vision4Less made me feel like I had a community stepping in at a vulnerable time. I hope they read this and know how much that meant to me. They originally said they’d have to order my daughter’s lenses, but I got a notification an hour later saying her glasses were ready for pickup! Corneisha greeted me with a smile, even though it was 5 minutes until closing, and my daughter was thrilled to have her new glasses same-day!! My ONLY complaint is that the doctor doesn’t see children younger than 7 because I would definitely trust them with my daughter’s care too!! I have already recommended Vision4Less to a friend, and I will definitely be back for my next check up.

  The doctor that tested my eyes got right to the problem and then the lady that helped me get the glasses picked out the glasses that went with me and I was very satisfied with the what am I looking for the service that I got from them I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

  The screw for my sunglasses came loose (a very normal problem for glasses) and Kelly immediately fixed it, cleaned them, and was SO friendly! And they have a great selection of glasses/sunnies for any style.

  Had the best experience here...Ms. Christie and Ms. Kelly were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and helped me find just the right glasses for my needs. Even the lab tech came out to ensure a proper fit. Great attitudes with good service, same day service (like within the hour service), and a large display of glasses to choose from. Thanks to the whole crew for being professional .

  I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The doctor was professional and the staff were patient and taught me how to put my contacts in as well as take them out even after several failed attempts. One thing that stood out to me was the level of professionalism the technician Lauren had. Her level of customer service beyond excellent. She offered to come up on a weekend just to see if a trial pair of contacts arrived before I left town for the week. You don’t find people like that often and she is amazing. I’d recommend to anyone.
