This has been going on for months, and every time I ask I’m told they’re “waiting on someone to fix it.” I pay for a membership but can’t even use the service. Very disappointing, I won’t be coming back to Planet Fitness in West Monroe.

Firstly, the staff was exceedingly helpful, it was Friday night around 8pm, male and female at the desk I wish I would have gotten their names. Very nice people! The gym was super clean, one of the cleanest I've seen actually. The layout was well designed and not overly crowded with machines. There is a great stretching area with a dumbbell rack comfortably placed. The bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The water was hot and the pressure was good. This location you do have to bring you own lock for the lockers. Overall I would highly recommend this gym.
