  I had an appointment with this office which my Dr made...I called to see what time it was as I was not given a time and no one would answer the phones...I tried for half an hour and got nothing! Then when I did get someone all I got was attitude cause apparently they didn't like answering the phone.I spoke of my concern of the attitude and was verbally abused and hung up on..Now I'm just afraid to go there...

  Dr. Mickey and her staff are first class. Would definitely go back when the need occurred.

  Dr. Mickey was able to fit my son in on an emergency basis. The care, attention and concern that not only Dr Mickey but everyone on her staff displayed was beyond amazing. Her knowledge is only exceeded by her attention to healing which is what we all desire in a physician. We love Dr Mickey and her staff. And amazing kudos to Heather whose beautiful spirit gave us a level of comfort from the very first call.

  She's patient, kind and extremely compassionate ! And so is all her staff. She's especially good with Children. I wouldn't go to any one else!! She's a 5 star in my book!

  I absolutely love this lady, physician, she is the very best physician practicing. I love her. she discovered things about me, I didn't know, and she took very good care of me, and made all arrangements, and talked with me, personally, and then spoke with my husband, personally. she assured us both that I was in good hands and my situation was fixable. she was great. she reassured me fully. I love her, I highly recommend her to any person who needs an ENT. go. go to her.
