- CJC. J.Apr 6, 20265.0I recently saw Dr. John P. Luckett lll for the first time at EMC in the Baton Rouge location. Dr. Luckett was very thorough in explaining options to me and answered all my questions. He was professional and understanding of my concerns related to my vision and an upcoming surgical procedure. I have used physicians at both the Baton Rouge EMC location as well as the Walker location and I have always been pleased with the physicians and the outcomes of treatments I have received for my eye conditions. I highly recommend Eye Medical Center.

- SSSarahJan 26, 20261.0I Have called 4 days in a row to make an appointment. Each time I have been anywhere from caller number 20-30. After being on hold for 40 minutes they have only made their way through 4 callers. As someone who has a job, this has made it impossible for me to schedule an appointment. If this issue is not rectified I will be finding a new clinic who takes patient relations and communications seriously.
- BBBeatriceDec 10, 20251.0Took 2 hours to be seen even tho I had an appointment. The visit was incredibly rushed and it definitely felt like they did not care at all. They spoke to me without even looking at me and constantly interrupted me when I was explaining my symptoms as if they had no time for me at all. I can’t believe I waited that long in the waiting room to then be seen for 5-10 minutes at most. Mind you it was a very important visit that was urgently scheduled for me by my PCP because of some scary eye symptoms and yet I left feeling like I had no more real answers than I had before I even went in.
