- DTDonna TurnerSep 24, 20225.0Considering we only use Kroger pharmacy, if they have one wherever we may go because we travel a lot and it keeps down the confusion of transferring to and from multiple named pharmacies, Kroger has always done their very best for us. Transfers from different states, doctor transfers from a different state, etc they have always done their best. People who complain about their prescriptions taking days to fill should pay attention to the time of the month they are getting it done. The only time we've ever had a problem with them taking a long time is when our meds were due at the first or end of a month. Many more people use this time for their doctor visits, prescription refills, etc because most are on fixed incomes, SS, SSDI, Retirement, etc and Kroger pharmacy isn't the only one overwhelmed at these times. If you're having problems, that cause you unwanted stress or anxiety I'd suggest setting up auto refills or something of the sort. We will be sticking with Kroger pharmacy for our future needs as long as possible. No pharmacy is without some kind of waiting period.
