  My freshly done crown came out and i was sent home with the crown in a plastic bag still in pain. No antibiotics to reduce infection and nothing for my pain. It was recommended to get a root canal but never set up any kind of appointment for follow up care.

  I am a person who suffers from horrible dental anxiety but somehow the doctors at Louisiana Dental in Slidell make my appointments tolerable. They are kind and communicative during the entire process, which helps to alleviate my stress. I always leave happy and grateful for the team.

  We had an amazing experience with my 3 year old and 1 year old. Both the hygienists were awesome, patient, and very kid friendly. Neither of my girls were scared and they explained everything on an age appropriate level to my 3 year old which she loved. The doctor they saw was awesome as well his bedside manner was great! We will definitely be coming back!

  I absolutely love Dr. Parent. He got my tooth infected wisdom tooth extracted and was very kind and gentle. However my issue is with the nursing staff. If you’re expecting kindness, empathy, compassion from the nursing staff during a procedure you’re at the wrong place. Bedside manner is truly important to me and that is the main thing they lack at Louisiana Dental Center. Dental pain is already the worst type of pain and it’s insanely expensive, now you have to come in to nurses who are walking around gossiping about aggravating one other patients are being. Like I said AMAZING Drs. But the majority of the nursing staff from the front to the back should be re-evaluated. I’ve always said “You never know who you’re talking to” I guess they will figure that out.

  I can’t say enough about the kindness and compassion I received from the doctor and his assistant. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and treated me with patience, respect, and understanding. I came in feeling embarrassed about the condition of my teeth and honestly believed there was little to no hope for me. Instead of judgment, they showed me reassurance and genuine care. They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything in a way that gave me confidence and peace of mind. To my surprise, they created a dental plan that was not only achievable but also affordable—something I never thought possible. They gave me hope when I had almost none, and for the first time in a long time, I can truly look forward to having a beautiful smile. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They didn’t just help my dental health—they helped restore my confidence. Dr. Antee and Assistant for your heartfelt concern for a lil old lady. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
