  I highly recommend Slidell Family Dentistry to anyone. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted and welcomed by the entire staff. My dental hygienist, Ms. Krissy, was very thorough with my cleaning and made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. I look forward to my next cleaning!

  Absolutely love going here. I've been seeing Dr. Ball here for the past couple of months. First was to fill a cracked tooth last month, then a regular cleaning at the beginning of this month, then a couple of fillings today, and I'll be getting a couple more fillings next month and my follow-up cleaning is in June. Whether it was the fillings or the cleanings, between Ball and his staff, the process has been completely painless and smooth every time. Way better than Aspen Dental, which I felt went over-the-top on things (like all corporate dental offices do). For once, I'm actually excited to go back to the dentist. That's how good these experiences have been.

  I had a really long and detailed review written out that I spent lots of time on, but the character limit was exceeded and it wouldn’t tell me by how much so I am giving up and posting this summary. I have spent way too much money on dental care over the past few years. Between surgeries and implants and braces, it’s been a nightmare. I called Dr. Hildebrandt’s office in search of fair prices that could keep my remaining care from costing too much. That didn’t happen at all. Instead, I was lied to on the phone about the prices for what I needed. I went in for my exam and got a quote WAY higher than what I was told on the phone. $7500, or with their in office insurance $5900. Another office quoted me $5500, and when I had that first phone call, I told them this, and that I was on Medicaid and in search of affordable care. They still told me to come in and that they could help. It wasn’t until after I gave them money that they told me that Lacombe Dental would be cheaper. Why didn’t they tell me this when I first called and specified that I wanted to save money? Why lie and tell me they can help and that the prices were so low, when in fact they weren’t? I was deceived and the best they could offer when I called them out on this was a partial refund or a credit if I get work done. Why would I get more expensive work done with them? That’d be stupid. Oh also I checked with a few friends and random associates and a handful of them actually had a similar experience. So I’m not the only one being lied to. That sucks. Sorry this isn’t the most detailed review, but hopefully you’ll just trust that this office is one you should avoid if you want to save money on dental care. And if the financial side of things wasn’t enough, I don’t trust the work either because Dr. Hildebrandt recommended a filling for a cavity that Lacombe Dental showed needed a crown. But back to money - even with that extra crown, Lacombe Dental was still well over $2000 cheaper than Hildebrandt. And no, that’s not an exaggeration. Best of luck in your decision to go here to get robbed, or go elsewhere and enjoy spending that saved money on someone special during Christmas.

  We moved here from the West Coast seven years ago and from my first experience in this office, it has been nothing less than 5 stars throughout all these years. Excellent Dentists and Staff - I received a new crown last week and they completed the entire process in the same day. They are technically current and highly knowledgeable in providing us the best care.
