  Today was my first visit and the ENTIRE staff was amazing! They were very informative, sweet, caring and made my experience wonderful! Thank you so much for being so great!

  On Monday, I came in to donate and a manager was the one who stuck me. Everything went wrong. I had blood everywhere. I called up there to complain. She listened to everything I had to say and said I was the one you should have never listened to my complaint. You definitely bout to be in trouble.They play with you and your money but guess what she has the right one today y’all better wake up and stop playing with us cause we tired of the foolishness. you are the manager but of course they can’t be be wrong I’ve been there 6-7 times never had a problem. The one time a manager sticks me who been out of work first day back mess me up and then played with my money. Now I’m bout to complain every day call her manager every day I’mma fix her.

  I went there and everything was fine except the lady wasnt looking at my finger when she pricked it but my fiance has had multiple interactions with rude staff. He went to the desk for his second donation to ask what he was supposed to do and before he could even ask his question was told off by a staff member that claimed he was trying to confuse the staff but nobody told him he was supposed to go to the kiosk. And he opened a bandaid wrong and it had folded and the lady started baby talking him like he is an idiot and told him to learn how to read. No reason for this behavior he was nothing but respectful towards staff.
