The office always gets with me in a timely manner when there’s an issue or an upcoming home visit. Since starting with Home Instead, I’ve had the same caregiver, Miss Marlene. I find Miss Marlene to be a true caregiver, proactive, always going above and beyond, providing extraordinary care. I ‘ve had many caregivers in the past, some good and some not so good. To that end, I am very happy with the service being provided.
