  I absolutely love Club Pilates Slidell. The instructors really work with you to help you obtain your goals. My flexibility has dramatically increased and my core is getting stronger with every class. Melissa and Karis are two of my favorite instructors!!

  Stay far away from this place!!! Cancellation policy is fraud. The owner is money hunger and unprofessional. I signed to have my membership cancelled on 9-13-24 with Aniya to end 10-31-24. I was handed the keyboard to type in my name as my signature. I then received a voice message from the general manager asking me to discuss my membership which I still have. I inquired about the cancellation on 10/27/24 with Kendal and she said she will check into the membership and explained that sometimes the cancellation does not cross over onto their spreadsheet and ensures me everything was ok. I was charged on 11/1/24. I contacted the studio and Jada said she had to reach out to the owner. Jada asked me to sign again while they investigated the cancellation. The owner told me she didn't see may cancellation. Yet there are cameras in the studio she can review and I have a voice message for her general manage. This is fraud and not on me. I took the proper steps to cancel the membership. She does not have any customer service skills and needs to train her front desk employees better . Why have cameras and not use them. Why did your general manager leave me a voicemail. The owner also told me to just enjoy the classes at the studio. Why do I want to enjoy them if I cancelled. Fraud..

  I really did love going to class when it first opened. Rain was the best instructor, and then one day she was gone with no explanation from the staff and like 6 of my classes were canceled. I couldn’t go to a class for over a week because they canceled all of the morning classes that I normally take. I have gone to a couple more classes, one of them started almost 10 minutes late. I just miss Rain and her great instruction, it seems like she really cared about her students. Bring back Rain! Please!

  Best thing to happen to Slidell in a looooong time! Signed up back in Oct 2024 and it was definitely worth the wait. I have been attending Rain's classes and cannot say enough about her skills! She is amazing - explains all positions and why these moves and props are so vital to our daily routine and how we move throughout the day. She is vibrant and gentle and motivating all in one! Class options are great and expanding - the entire staff is wonderful and supportive. Even at 6am there's a smile welcoming you to the studio!!! Its been a great experience to find a support system within the studio to meet everyone's personal goals. Lisa
