  Cat has been my massage therapist for 5 years. I try to get a massage every month, but I have gone as long as 4 months without one and then Cat has to work even harder to get my body the relief it needs. She never ceases to amaze me with how intuitive she is to what my body needs during our session. Sometimes it’s knots in muscles or a locked up neck, or impinged shoulder, and it’s always my right hip and lumbar that need release. Just yesterday she fought the good fight with my Right pelvic crest and literally dislodged it from my lumbar area. I haven’t walked with equal Hips in over 6 months and haven’t been pain free in my lower back since I strained it in April 2024 at work. TODAY I worked an 8 hr hospital shift without pain… ZERO pain!!! I caught myself squatting and bending with equal weight in my hips and legs and smiled with joy every time. Cat is called to do this work. She has such incredible skill with and knowledge of fascia, nerves, lymphatics, and orthopedic massage. If anyone on this planet should be cloned to have their skill last forever to make the world better, it is her!!!

  Cat is a miracle worker! She is able to get knots out and movement back like nobody else. I very highly recommend her to everyone!
