I love that they have so many different formats of class, from cardio to weight-lifting to stretching. It makes it easy to cross train and meet all of your fitness needs in one place!

At 50+, I have never felt more fit and my arms have never been as toned as they are now. It's fun to wear sleeveless dresses with confidence! The instructors and owners are all fabulous, each of them helpful and encouraging, and the barre challenges keep me motivated. Pure Barre Shreveport gets a 5-star review from me!
