- SFSuzanne FutchJan 7, 20251.0This place is a joke. Ladies at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Eating and talking to you with food in her mouth is just gross. Dr. Bernard is a great Dr but his staff has been awful since Dana retired.
- TMTiffany MillerMay 20, 20243.0I love my doctor and all the doctors there, this is a great place when your doctor is off. The receptionist is great, always polite and knows me by name. Now, not sure if she is recently new or not, but cna or nurse that takes your vitals by the receptionist desk is rude as can be. The blonde hair woman. The last 2-3 times I have had to go to first care she has an attitude and does not listen to what I tell her. Even rolls her eyes at me like I am just there for fun. I go when sick or needed. There is no reason for her to question me multiple times that are plainly in my chart documented. If she doesn’t have compassion for patients or if she cannot treat patients with respect she needs to be educated on that or find somewhere that she doesn’t have to have any kind of patient contact. I could say a lot more but will address this with my doctor and the office manager.
- TBTinker BellSep 16, 20221.0The doctor are great, when they are there or open but those two receptionist need some etiquette lessons. I've been here twice on a Friday and the doors are always locked before 4:30P.M. if you're going to close early on Friday change the hours on the sign and internet
