- JMJason MaloneyDec 12, 20252.0Four times in eight years I got garbage from this store. Lenses are always off from the prescription. Frames either get damaged or aren't assembled correctly. Something is always wrong. Look how jacked up these are. I picked these frames specifically because they were nice and square (and being non-adjustable, should have stayed that way). This is how I got them back from the lab. The face curves in an irregular, asymmetric way. It's also twisted. And the arms form a parallelogram. I have to hold them at an angle on my face to see properly. This place is like Little Caesar's. "Is it good?" "It's hot... and it's ready." If they weren't the only same-day lab, people wouldn't keep coming back.
