StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Shreveport offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- KAKimberley Abmas2 days ago3.0So, 3 stars because I really did benefit from the 3 month subscription. CeCe and Keith are awesome flexologist. I did not care to renew my subscription as it did increase by 20 bucks a month so prior to my subscription ending, I let them know (in person) that I would not be renewing. I was told that I would be charged one more month and then the auto debit would stop. We eventually got it straight, and I was only responsible for the 3 months that I'd already paid for, but had I not questioned it, I would have been charged again. Also I canceled an appointment online, as I was ill, but because I did not cancel 12 hours prior, they took that credit session. I canceled online about 3 hours prior to the appointment. I get it .. but I had never complained when my appointment was canceled 1.5 hrs prior to it, nor did I complain when I arrived 15 minutes prior, as instructed, and there was a staff meeting in progress...awkward! So overall, a good self care practice but know that the rules apply only to the patron.
