    I had not been to the eye doctor in several years, but the staff made the experience pleasant and seamless. The technician was very friendly and helpful. The online doctor initially had an unfriendly attitude, but once I addressed the tone of the interaction, her demeanor improved. Overall, I would recommend them to friends and family. Ended up with a pair of glasses that I am excited about wearing.

    The tech that did the exam and doctor that I worked with were GREAT! Really excited about the new knowledge I have about my vision especially as I age into my 40s over the next few years. Grateful to the manager that helped with my purchase, he took great care of me. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I look forward to coming to pick up my sunglasses on a couple weeks. ☺️

    Very thorough eye exams, i personally think they try to get everyone even people that don’t need lasik to go see a doctor that does it, sat and waited at least 30 minutes for my appointment to start, not a fan that there isn’t a doctor in person at this facility and just on a screen
