- PPPatricia PennywellOct 9, 20224.0The pharmacy staff have always been wonderful but the phone system for refilling prescriptions (since they changed it last year) is HORRIBLE!!! The old system worked perfectly but every time I use it now I want to throw my phone against the wall! Please get rid of the “upgrade” and go back to the old one!
- RRRandy RobertsonMar 27, 20205.0I’ve been a Kroger pharmacy customer for a very long time. Perhaps as long as 20 years. I’m a bit fuzzy on the exact time, but I’m clear on one point. They are a pleasure to deal with. The pharmacist (Matt) is in my opinion the reason they’re so amazing. I’m quite sure corporate sets the rules and Matt adheres perfectly and that why all the locations treat customers the same.... but Matt is so professional as well as personable. When I go get my monthly RX, I truly feel like I’m with family. I always say “ I feel like a favorite uncle when they see me walk up to counter.” Lastly, during the current worldwide health situation we find ourselves in the service, professionalism and of course the kindness and real genuine and passionate love and care they give is exactly the same.
