    Was told it would only take a hour. Waited for a looong time and went to the window twice. Finally received a text that they didn’t have the Rx. Waisted almost 3 hours.

    Kroger on Mansfield rd the tall lady with the silver blonde hair usually the cashier, need to be trained again she spend at least 10 minutes with each customer due to her not knowing what to always squinting at the computer like she can't see , and the pharmacist the lady she cold and hot catch her in a bad mood you won't get your prescription

    Terrible customer service. They'll call to let you know your prescription is ready for pickup and once you're there to pick it up, they tell you it's NOT ready and to come back in a few hours. Four(4) hours later you return and it's STILL NOT READY! They said to come back in 1 hour and I did and it's STILL NOT READY! Worst pharmacy customer service ever!

    Velocity care across the road sent Rx to them. I get there 15 minutes after being called in. Kroger doesn’t see that it was called in. I called Velocity care to check with PA to see if it was called in. Another 15 minutes, I ask sand gal if it’s in the system and she said “here it is, they didn’t send it the normal way but I found it.” By now I’m frustrated but then she says “it’s gonna be @ 45 minutes until we can fill it.” I walked the F out. Hood attitude Kroger. ELLERBE GETTING JUST AS BAD.
