    Was told it would only take a hour. Waited for a looong time and went to the window twice. Finally received a text that they didn’t have the Rx. Waisted almost 3 hours.

    Kroger on Mansfield rd the tall lady with the silver blonde hair usually the cashier, need to be trained again she spend at least 10 minutes with each customer due to her not knowing what to always squinting at the computer like she can't see , and the pharmacist the lady she cold and hot catch her in a bad mood you won't get your prescription

    Terrible customer service. They'll call to let you know your prescription is ready for pickup and once you're there to pick it up, they tell you it's NOT ready and to come back in a few hours. Four(4) hours later you return and it's STILL NOT READY! They said to come back in 1 hour and I did and it's STILL NOT READY! Worst pharmacy customer service ever!

    HUNTER Was Awesome Personally took care of my Pharmacy Order cant say the same for pharmacy that violated HIPAA rules y announcing they didn't have my personal private prescription controlled drug it's bad enough with the feds now I got the pharmacist controlling my meds
