They won't answer their phone. They don't show you the medicine they are dispensing so you get home with the wrong medication at times. They autofill when you've specifically said DON"T AUTOFILL. It's not a great or even good pharmacy.

1) Accepts GoodRx for any & ALL scrips! 2) Alb Pharm basically just hired, in the last 5ish mo, a whole new staff team that is honestly so much better! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They all work with you on any question(s) you may have. Also their Pharmacy App is fast and efficient. Making refills, deliveries, documentations and information about you, your medicine or your doctor, easily accessible. Providing text alerts when your medicine has been filled and ready to pick up.

They never answer the phone. I was standing there calling them while in the store and the phone was ignored. They eventually filled my prescription but not as it was written!! That was after 4 visits!!

Pharmacist flipped on me when I asked for prescription back after turning it in 6 hours previously… she complained she was short staffed and was tired of being mistreated by customers … her attitude was horrible and she gaslighted me!! I’m pulling all my subscriptions and never going back
