  Great service and skilled DDS. Great doctors aide she was helpful and knowledgeable. Totally different level of service from the shoddy dental center in Harvey la, that place is so unprofessional and money hungry it's disgusting and disturbing. I'm just very thankful the magazine team gets it right!

  They were able to fit me in same day and do an emergency extraction in 2 teeth. And it was extremely affordable. On top of everything else the staff was amazing, kind, and actually listened to my concerns and preferences. 10/10 recommend .

  My children have been going to Louisiana Dental since they were kids they are practically grown we also became familiar with a few of the staff they know our faces when we come in they greet us like family I even referred a close friend and he was very much satisfied and kept thanking me such an amazing establishment

  Mrs Mary is always awesome. I see her every 6 months. The only reason why I actually still drive the distance is for her, alone. No other reason! Def not the Dentist, (they provide bare minimum service). I feel like home every time I sit in her chair.

  The dentists themselves are fine. The office staff and administration are a disaster. • Staff are rude, condescending, and dismissive. • Their record keeping is clearly inadequate — we were recently told my child had never been seen there despite multiple visits over the years. • We were told insurance would not cover necessary services and were asked to pay over $2,000 out of pocket. • After I provided detailed information from the insurance company explaining exactly what documentation was needed for prior authorization, the person responsible refused to submit the paperwork. There seems to be very little understanding of insurance and no willingness to do the administrative work required to obtain approvals. Between the poor communication, inaccurate records, and refusal to handle prior authorizations, dealing with this office has been extremely frustrating. Find another dentist. Any other dentist.
