I can't stress enough how great my experience was today. The employees were friendly and helpful and able to answer all of my questions easily. They suggested flattering frames and colors. One associate went as far as to print out an insurance claim form and fill most of it out for me... now THAT is customer service! I'll never shop for glasses anywhere else. I just wish our WP had in-house eye exams. Thank you for GREAT service!

The Warby Parker store on Magazine St. in New Orleans generally receives positive reviews, with customers frequently praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and the stylish, affordable frames.
Key Themes from Customer Reviews
Exceptional Customer Service: Many reviewers highlight specific employees (like Don, Jess, and Cayla) for being patient, helpful, and accommodating, whether for an initial purchase, an eye exam, or simple frame adjustments. The team is described as warm, welcoming, and attentive without being pushy.
Affordable and Stylish Products: Customers appreciate the wide selection of fashionable frames at a reasonable price point, often noting the good value compared to other optical shops. The price is frequently mentioned as a major positive.
Efficient Process: The in-store experience is described as quick and easy, with staff using technology like iPads and iPhone programs to quickly measure pupillary distance and place orders.
Convenience and Services: Customers value the ability to try on all online frames in person and return for free adjustments. The store is also noted for offering eye exams on-site.
Minor Criticisms: The main minor issues occasionally mentioned are the lack of an optometrist always on-site (though eye exams are available by appointment) and that it's primarily a "frame studio" where glasses are ordered for later delivery rather than an immediate walk-out purchase for prescription lenses. There was one isolated review about a lack of initial greeting during a busy period.
Overall, the store has a high average rating (4.5 on Google Maps with over a hundred reviews) indicating general customer satisfaction.
