Couldn’t wait to get a car towed at 9 am and then lied and couldn’t just admit she towed it. Lied and said a tow truck company would patrol the parking !

If it was possible to leave a zero star review, I would. The GM doesn’t respond to emails. The staff doesn’t respond to emails. Yet have all the time in the world to call and hound people to sign up. No one there knows the cancellation policy and constantly gives you the run around. I put in the 30 day cancellation notice yet my card is still charged after cancelling. There’s zero professionalism at this place. Find another studio, it’s absolutely not worth going here.

Quality has fallen significantly with poor management at the regional level taking experienced instructors away from this location and filling it with mostly brand new instructors that haven’t even finished their training yet. Hope they can return to their former glory at some point in the future. I really used to love this location. It used to be a 5 star location for practicing pilates but it now has a long way to go to get back to that.

I recently visited the studio for an introductory Pilates class and appreciate the opportunity to try it for the first time. The class itself was good, and while the instructor did their job, they were not particularly enthusiastic or engaging. What concerned me was the sales approach. Before the class, I received multiple emails and phone calls. After the class, there was a strong push to purchase memberships immediately, with various packages and deals presented in an urgent manner. I’m looking for a fitness routine that’s enjoyable and helps me stay healthy, and I’d like to learn more about the benefits of Pilates and how the community at the studio is organized. I’m not just looking for a discounted membership—I’m seeking a supportive space that encourages wellness and community. Overall, the intro class was fine, but the aggressive sales tactics made it hard to feel welcome. I hope the studio can adopt a more balanced approach that prioritizes fostering community and supporting members’ health over immediate membership sales.
