  Fantastic Barre3 studio! I’ve done Barre3 in 3 other cities and this studio is my favorite so far! Friendly, warm, come as you are environment. Instructors are encouraging and the classes are challenging in the right way.

  I love Barre3. I’m 66 years old and have developed lots of creaky, uncomfortable issues with my body. I feel that the barre3 classes are a safe, total body reset. There is no small or large muscle group left unattended to. I feel myself getting stronger with each class! I go with my best friend of 50 years who is a physical therapist. She knows what we should be doing for our bodies at our age. I 100% trust that we have made the best choice.

  I have been trying a few different places in an attempt to find a spot that I enjoy enough to motivate me to exercise regularly, and I'm happy to say that Barre3 is it! The workouts super effective and target every part of the body, plus they're fun and varied enough that I want to come back. The space and instructors are lovely as well, and I appreciate that people of all ages can feel welcome here.

  Just finishing up my two week introductory trial and I am excited to continue!! Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly, and the instructors provide lots of encouragement and modification options. I love that I can use the membership at multiple locations so I can pick times that work best for me. I’ve been to the Metairie and Lakeview studios so far and both were very clean and inviting. Thank you for providing such a great space to workout!
