If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My friends and I came here recently and had a negative experience for two reasons.
1. My friend injured her back midway through class, and had to lay down on the floor for the remainder of class. Our instructor, Morgan, did not approach her or show any concern for her. Though she repeatedly checked in with other students in the class, to correct their form, etc. At the end of the, Morgan approached our group and displayed some concern when she realized my friend was injures. Though her response was less than sympathetic. She said, “No rush leaving the studio, but we have a community class starting in 10 minutes.” It was unprofessional and rude.
2. I had booked my class online prior to coming here. When I arrived, the two women behind the counter told me I wasn’t booked in the system. We came to realize I had booked my class at the other barre3 in town, which operates as a separate franchise. The two employees were less than helpful. When I asked if I could take the class anyway, they said no. They were ready to send me home as opposed to helping me solve the problem, saying they couldn’t do anything without the owner. Just before class started, I was able to call the other studio, get a refund, and pay at this location. The employees were helpless and totally unprofessional.
Would not recommend.

The downtown New Orleans studio is terrific! The facility is bright and clean; the classes are invigorating and challenging; and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location to novices and aficionadas alike.
