Once I get my work schedule, I actually reschedule for earlier in the day through the email I received. I wake up and go in. There’s no doctor today. “Oh the appt is tentative. You’re supposed to call us and confirm if there’s a doctors. And we called you.” No one ever called, no one (neither the email) communicated that the appts are tentative and I had to call. Further waste my time “checking if there’s an appt scheduled today.” Then goes on to tell me I can schedule a virtual appt for any day of the week. Apparently not this day but who wants to have an exam online??

The staff helped her pick out her glasses and were very patient with her. My daughter had a great experience for her first eye exam.
