- KFKaren FaulkApr 6, 20211.0To start with this has nothing against Dr. Moss he is great with me and hate to lose him as my eye care Dr. but he needs to do something with 2 persons there that are rude. The billing person for one and a front window person. Watch how they bill you because I was overbilled over 300.with United Healthcare which they were a provider for them but charged what they wanted not what my insurance said they were suppose to charge me.Called them 3 times and it was during the Covid outbreak but still never got back with me and now with my Humana Insurance they want me to pay for a test they did not cover yes I sign a paper saying I pay what they don't but I didnt know this test was not covered at all they should have told me that so now Im told I cannot get a copy of my records for another doctor if I dont pay 141.00 and yes my Humana Insurance Called them and he said the billing person was very rude to him and not to pay it.

When I came in to pick-up my glasses, the older woman treated me like a homeless guy she was giving the bum's rush. This was after I spent over $1300.00 for two pair of glasses and two exams for a family member and myself. She wouldn't or couldn't be bothered to even give me a fitting. Very rudely treated by her, did not appreciate it either. The other two girls were extremely nice.
