Name, what they were here for, etc. HIPAA laws do very much still exist and this is insanely unprofessional and i will be filing a HIPAA complaint. this is ridiculous.
- EKEden KindrixJul 10, 20231.0Very unprofessional. A family member of mine went there today and had the worst experience. The NP, Melanie, did not listen to the patient and acted unprofessionally. The receptionist laughed at the fact that the patient didn’t fill out paperwork correctly. Very immature and ignorant people there. Would not recommend going here.

Doc just reached for gloves and I asked, are they Latex free. They said, IDK. And I’m like, oh my god. Terrible bedside manner, did not tell me what was going on prior to what was going on.
