I had re called back for some test results because I wasn’t able to actually listen the first time as I was at work and I requested they share them again with me and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE. the nurse who re read the results was RUDE (didn’t we already give these to you what are you not understanding being sarcastic and mean) if you get into a field like this you supposed to want to help people I found it incredibly disturbing and disgusting that they acted the way they did. Sadly I have to keep visiting this office as better doctors are 35-40 mins away. You should get some better caring staff.

Name, what they were here for, etc. HIPAA laws do very much still exist and this is insanely unprofessional and i will be filing a HIPAA complaint. this is ridiculous.

According to MMC I should have been given something to sustain my pregnancy. One certain nurse up there was always saying something smart when she thought out of ear shot. Everyone up here isnt bad, but a few people just didn’t take me seriously .
