- SSShelbsJan 14, 20261.0The receptionist is ridiculously rude and had a horrible attitude! I was going to be a new patient there but after talking on the phone with her trying to set up my appointment I changed my mind. I will gladly continue driving 40+ minutes to my original lady!

I had re called back for some test results because I wasn’t able to actually listen the first time as I was at work and I requested they share them again with me and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE. the nurse who re read the results was RUDE (didn’t we already give these to you what are you not understanding being sarcastic and mean) if you get into a field like this you supposed to want to help people I found it incredibly disturbing and disgusting that they acted the way they did. Sadly I have to keep visiting this office as better doctors are 35-40 mins away. You should get some better caring staff.
