I have VSP insurance that they did not use, I was covered up to $170 and should not have paid anything out of pocket. I was told later when I called that Dr Moses does not use VSP for contact fittings. It would have been nice if I were told this when I first arrived, I would have searched for a different doctor. When I called back later after I had spoken to my insurance company, the young lady at the desk was rude, acted like I was bothering her by calling back asking about my insurance. She also had no clue and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I will not be using this Dr or LensCrafters ever again.
