I told her I never have paid a co pay but I have insurance to take care of any co-pays. She said we don’t take that secondary insurance but she would waiver the charge since I never paid it before. Then she said she could see where I did pay last year so she couldn’t waiver. I verified in my bank app that I did not pay. Then she admitted she made a mistake when she (lied and) said I did pay. Also, she said the charge is not really a co Pay, but it’s printed “co pay” on the form. I had to pay the $35 to release my RX. I don’t like the lie she told to get me to pay & and not waive the charge. I will not go back. Even the staff member in training had better skills.
