  DO NOT go to this location!!! My Dr advised I go directly to Quest following my appointment. I arrived at this Quest at 4:25pm. While I was signing in at the Kiosk a Lab Tech, the white women with silver hair and black glasses, came out and told me they were closed. I said, I thought you closed at 4:30pm. She said that I had to arrive by 4:20pm, and that I needed an appointment. I responded, "why did it ask me if I was a walk in". She started hitting buttons on the Kiosk and said, "you need an appointment, go ahead" you will see." I advised her that my Dr asked me to get the blood test today. She said she had to ask her Lead Tech. Then I decided I didn't want a lab tech, who was aggravated because she didn't want to do her job, sticking me with a needle. At this point, I didn't trust that she would do her job appropriately. I will never walk in this location again!

  Quest Diagnostics has moved down Veterans Hwy., past Clearview Shopping Center. I went in as a walk-in and was in and out QUICKLY. (10 minutes) Easy to get your lab work done. They do urine screens, blood tests, and all the tests that your doctor or work could order. Good experience.

  the staff is the only good thing about this place... cheerful and helpful... no matter what is claimed, quest is never on time, don't know who they paid to become an admired company, what a crock of feces... they let you schedule an appt, then say they don't have the proper equipment, you'll have to wait... so far 45min... up to 1hr... masks, really, a lab that ignores science... how nice... and since you are so concerned with masks.. do you follow ashe/ashrae air changes per hour along with installing uvc lights in your air handling units constructed in retail spaces? or did you go on the cheap and not conform? and from the water stains and open tiles around exam 6, i can't believe you're really concerned about air quality... ✌

  We go to this location every couple of weeks and are very pleased with the staff and the short wait time.
