  My favorite Quest location because the staff are friendly, fast, efficient and the office is very clean!! Place is located in a nice shopping complex with lots of parking. Located on the second level, elevator is provided.

  Terrible customer service. Long wait times, even with an appointment. Very rude staff. I don't recommend taking a child there. Quest on Veterans is farther but better.

  The quest location on Metairie road is my favorite! I never even feel them out the needle in unlikine other quest locations. I had asked the incredibly nice phlebotomist to try my left arm, since my right was bruised from blood work at a different quest location earlier in the week, and even though my veins are often hard for doctors and nurses to find, I barely felt anything as she moved the needle around to try and find the vein. We ended up having to switch to my right side, which doesn't give as much trouble when it comes to the vein, and I didn't even feel her put the needle in! As someone who HATES needles and getting blood drawn, she made the experience both literally and figuratively painless.

  The nurse who took my blood was excellent. The wait looked like it was going to be long but I was seen shortly after arrival.

  Every experience I've had at Quest Centers (Prytania and Metarie locations) has been excellent. I appreciate the ability to make appointments on line and to easily register when I arrive. I don't think I've ever experienced having to wait longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The best part of Quest is the skilled, professional and kind staff. Can you imagine leaving a blood draw with a smile on your face? It happens every time.
