  Setting an appointment was a simple process accomplished online. I was seen within 2 minutes of my scheduled appointment time.

  If I could give less than 1 star for this review I would. I visited this location for blood work and arrived at 3:45 pm. I also had an appointment at 3:30 pm so they knew I was coming and I called to advise I would be a few minutes after 3:30 pm they told me to cancel the appointment and come as a walk-in, so I did. I arrived 45 minutes before they close and I was a stand by patient based on what THEY recommended. At 4:15 pm an employee came to the lobby and announced that they would not be seeing any walk-ins or stand by’s for the remainder of the day but THEY CLOSE AT4:30 pm. I wasted gas driving 35 miles to get to this location which is the closest to my home. So basically a 70 mile round trip was WASTED!!!! If you’re open until 4:30 pm you should service YOUR patients that have signed in and waiting until 4:30 pm. There were 4 of us waiting that didn’t get serviced. This is absolutely unacceptable and not business like. If the main office of Quest Diagnostics approves of this it’s an OUTRAGE to allow this. If it’s this specific office that does this on their own the main office of Quest Diagnostics needs to address this immediately!!!! I am very UNHAPPY about this experience and will not return to this location. I will find another.

  Quest on Veterans Hwy near Clearview in Metairie has the most amazing healthcare worker by the name of Difinity, not just with drawing blood, but helping the patient in many ways. I was feeling so weak, so she assisted me and got me through it. Patients, often come in afraid and confused, but healthcare workers like that make a big difference in the healing process and outcome of the patients. Other who are unkind, only make it worse. I am extremely grateful for her. She’s a brilliant angel. Kayla was so nice to help me sign in.

  people coming in after me and getting serviced before me isn't right. Having to waited for over two hours to take one vile of blood that took less than five minutes to acquire. the time before, it took even longer. I think I was there for over six hours for the same 5 minutes. Lee Benton

  Staff has the friendliness of a wet mop. They're more concerned about playing on their phones then patient care. They seemed to be bothered with my presence. But they did a GREAT job bruising both of my arms 3 days apart two different phlebotomists. They really do not care about you or if your comfortable. They do NOT cater to those who are uncomfortable doing blood work. I've gotten labs every 6 months for the last 29 years and I'm very unimpressed and will not be back for any labs here again. Looking elsewhere
