  They need to have a cero star, this people have no respect at all for kids health or people time. Don’t let your kids health under this selfish and careless people canceling appointments without previous notification when takes more than a month waiting for it, knowing that you need to have a letter for school and my kid need the shots. The worst costumer service ever and the receptionist transfer calls to nobody just to let you hung up on the phone waiting for nothing.

  I am utterly disappointed with my last visit on 9/8/17. From the moment my husband walked in to the second he walked out was absolutely chaos!!!! A well visit that turned into a nightmare!!!!! My husband was told he had to sign in, in the sick room and fill out paper work until they could go to the well room. My husband and the kids walk into the sick room too see throw up all over the place by the sign in sheet. They told him they had to stay in the sick room until all paper work was completed and our insurance was ran. WHY WHY WHY is there a WELL ROOM??? 45 minutes later they were sent to the well room!!!!! The throw up sat for 30 minutes before anyone came to clean it up!!! My daughter (4) needed a urine test And we weren't aware of this at all and they were mad because she had just went after waiting 1.5 hours. I love Dr. Senentz but I am highly disappointed with Napoleon Pediatrics right now. She was off that day and I know she would have taken better care of us.

  I actually really like Dr. Senentz. However, I am less than thrilled when I call, for any reason. It is always a merry go round on the phone. First I have to listen to a long recording, then when trying to finally get an actual person on the phone (who never seem to be upbeat or happy) I still need to wait 5-10 minutes. This is all if I am lucky enough to get a phone line, and not a busy signal. I will also say this though, if you plan to breastfeed, I do not feel that the pediatricians know a whole lot in the way of current data on breastfeeding. I am considering moving to a different pediatrician, simply because I am not fond of the office staff. I hate to change doctors with my child being less than a year old, but I think I may still.
