  Dr. Dise is amazing! She pays attention to detail, listens to every concern, and is about building relationships with her patients and their parents. I can’t speak for everyone but I know Dr. Dise makes me very comfortable when my baby is in her care! She’s the best!!

  Tengo dos meses solicitando un récord de vacunas de mis hijos ya que nos mudamos de estado y nunca responden y no dan la información necesaria cuando se les llama a los teléfonos.

  6/6/2023- here again today and nothing has changed. Front office staff doesn’t greet or welcome you. They stare at the patients and continue RUDELY talking to each other. The front desk personnel has a BAD ATTITUDE. They shouldn’t be the face of anyone’s business. Unfriendly and unprofessional. The back office staff is the complete opposite. Personable and friendly. Until they clean house and take concern to the treatment of patients I’m giving one star. I asked to speak to a manager (Angela) but she wasn’t in. I will also share my experience with Dr. Weimer. Just learned since Children’s hospital has taken over they hire these type of people whereas when it was Tulane my experience was 100% better. Sad. I’ve been coming here 13 years a d this is the worse. Positives: great pediatricians, residents, and back office staff. Negatives: Slow, unprofessional, front desk staff with extremely long wait times.
